Can I add smart control to my existing opener?
Yes if your Garador opener is under 8 years old. Most newer Garador openers can be upgraded with a smartphone kit.
How long does installation take?
Usually under 2 hours for a standard opener. If your garage door needs fixing, things may take longer.
Do you install openers on non-Garador doors?
Yes, we can install openers on most major garage door brands.
What happens if there’s a power cut?
All of our openers have a way to disengage them so you can open your door manually in a power cut. Most of our openers have a battery backup option, and some come with battery backup as standard so you can still operate your opener by remote control.
Do your openers come with a warranty?
Yes, Garador openers come with one of the most comprehensive warranties, (incl. parts and labour) available in New Zealand. Check out our Warranty section for more information.
Can I get extra remotes or a wireless keypad?
Absolutely. We supply a full range of accessories, including keypads and additional remotes.
